WAIVER OF LIABILITY

STUDIO POLICIES

 

  1. No refunds are issued for canceled classes. If you need to cancel a class that class credit will be applied to your house account or class package(s).

  2. If you do need to cancel a class please cancel within two hours of class so that someone else can take your spot.  This applies to in person classes only.  

  3. The Motherhood Collective, LLC reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason.  Should The Motherhood Collective LLC cancel a class / series you will receive a full refund & be notified by email about the cancelation.  

  4. If you are registered for an in person class but choose to attend that class virtually (via Zoom) that class is still taken out of your class package. 

  5. Any billing statements or invoices that are received from The Motherhood Collective LLC need to be paid in full within ten days.

  6. The Motherhood Collective LLC offers scholarships for those whom finances are a burden for.  Scholarships may only be used by the person who received the scholarship and not by a friend or family member.  Scholarships are available for all programs at this time, but you must apply or be nominated to receive one. 

COVID POLICIES

 

  1. Class sizes are limited to 10-15 students.

  2. We clean and sanitize high touch surfaces.

  3. We ask you to stay home if you are not feeling well and practice via Zoom instead. 

  4. We follow guidance set forth from state and local healths departments.  At this time masks are optional.  As health metrics change in the community, this policy may also change.
