Kate Ailabouni
Lactation Nurse, IBCLC, Lactation Basics Instructor
Kate (she/her) is a Registered Nurse, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and IBCLC. After the birth of her first child, she chased a wild dream to pivot from her career in the arts to become a lactation nurse. She worked for three years as a labor and delivery/postpartum nurse before transitioning to full time lactation care in 2024. She currently practices at Mayo Clinic in La Crosse.
Kate is mom to three delightful humans and is grateful for all the lactation wisdom they taught her over their cumulative 50 months (and counting) of not-always-easy breastfeeding.

We offer prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga, mama flow yoga, baby + me yoga, family yoga classes, childbirth education classes, lactation support classes, community events, and support groups. We firmly believe that we were not meant to muddle through the joys and challenges of the parenthood journey on our own. This is your village.
